W202 rotors
 

I am seeing vented and non vented rotors as being available for the front of a 97c230. Did they use the same caliper? I have worn out vented rotors now but happen to have some new non vented in my stack of stuff.

Non vented rotors generally are thinner and the caliper narrower.

Are you sure the non vented ones you have are fronts? They might be rears.

They are definitely fronts, but I think they were for a 2000 c230 and I have a 97.

The 99 and 00 C230 was supercharged in the USA so it is doubtful that they are from a 2000.

unfortunately no. These were some aftermarket that a friend had on his car for only a couple of hundred mi before engine blew. I know they were fronts from it because I boxed them and labeled them at the time. If you do a parts search you see that some people show vented and some show solid. after some research i have come up with p/n A2024210212
