Are special tools required for the headlamp adjustment? I see the leveling bubble inside the housing and the adjustment sockets, but can't find the right tool to get the job done.

To adjust the lights you will need a 13mm socket and ratchet. The plastic bolts located on the back side of the light assy are for this.
