S 500 Automatic Transmission Maintenence!
 

Dear all

Does anybody have and idea of what are the maintenance jobs required for the auto Transmission and at what mileage should it be done.
Some folks say that the auto T. almost doesn't require maintenance, unless of course the regular oil and filter changes, but honestly I don't agree with this.

What is your opinion?

What year is the car?

1993 and has 150 kmiles.

All MB auto transmissions thru 1995(4 & 6 cyl thru 1996) require fluid & filter changes every 30K miles.
The later cars use special synthetic fluid that can last 100K miles BUT should be serviced every 50-60K miles.
