I have already ordered a rebuilt MAS relay pulled out of a wrecked car for $40 and was getting ready to order a new OVP and CIS temp sensor but I had a chance to take a spare OVP I had over to the student workshop at Tech and resolder all of the joints. I put that in today and the car started up much better, tested it again tonight once it got down to 64F and it started up great again. I think that was the issue. Thanks everyone.
