W201 manual conversion- Dual mass flywheel something to worry about?
I am looking at a manual transmission to swap into my 190E Sportline which has the 2.6 M103. It has a 167K miles and is a 722.432 so I think that means it has the dual mass flywheel. I know that a replacement one of those is around $1k new but is it something to worry about? Do do these wear out like the stories I have heard about newer BMW and VW ones failing in 80K miles?

My DMF did 200k miles in my old 92 190e 2.6 5spd before swapping it into my 87 300d where it's gone an additional 45k miles. So far so good. The flywheel has a 104 part number. As far as I know it was the factory original in the 190e.
