280 Guage Cluster

Oil line stripped so now looking for a 280 guage cluster. Originally was going to hold off until could get a kilometers speedometer/odometer, but now with the speedometer needle broken off (heat got it) and the oil line stripped, need something sooner.

Honestly, was super careful, in all the times, never had this happen. So peeved to say the least.

Thank y'all in advance for any help!

Larry, I forgot there was a W124 280... For a W123, preferably black caps.

Tom, thank you so very much for the offer!

Okay, that work as all need to be on the road. Looking into getting a metric speedometer/odometer (financial calculations). Know silly, but already in my brain drive in K.P.H. and one of only two Federalizations so be nice to have it all be as close to how she was in Frankfort.

On second thought I might have a complete cluster. If I do it is in mph with kph in small letters on the speedo but miles on the odo...and set up for a 358 rear end. I'll take a look.

Tom, thank you.

Good point! Tram said use the one off the 300TD-T, but know it has a 2.88 differential.

How would I know which I have without trying to find it stamped on the case?

I have four possible speedos and at least one oil gauge. If you give me the number off the face of the speedo I will see if I have any that match. I have a couple with the black center covers.

No, sorry, there is another number it looks more like a chassis number with at least 12 or so digits. It is written under the needle and begins with 123.

Ah, the part number, not the gear number.
