Does anyone have a listing of the Wheel Alignment Specifications for a 1978 280 SLC ?
The car has the factory 6 1/2 x 14 alloy wheels and 205 70 14 tires.
I have recently replaced all of the tie rod ball joints and steering shock(easy job) and the car now drives like new;curiously, all of the W107's I inspected for sale at MB dealers had new suspension parts installed. Is the W107 susceptible to suspension wearout?

Factory specs are somewhat on the conservative, at least where handling is concerned. Camber 0 deg
Caster 3.2 deg
Toe-in 2MM
Any good alignment shop should be able to handle it, be sure to have a 4-Wheel alignment performed!
