2000 W220 S500 shift interlock recall

Does anyone know if there was or is a open recall for the shift interlock, my car got stuck in park and had to have it towed home. I removed the broken part, the car works fine now but was wondering about a safty recall.

Try recalls.gov, the NHTSA's safety recall website. I saw an investigation unrelated to shift interlock and no open recalls. There could be a manufacturer campaign that's not a safety issue. Inability to get the car going probably won't make the safety cut.
