1970 250S carb adjustment
My son has a 69 250 s with the 35/40 Zenith carbs. Does anyone know if the US spec cars originally had a brass plug over the idle mixture screw?
i finally got it to idle yesterday as the linkage was bound up. I'm not afraid of multi-carb set ups as I've had Webers on my 67 Alfa and still have one MG with SU's. Anyone have a procedure for adjustment after maintaining and checking ignition and valve adjustment. My sorry Chilton makes littel sense except where to find screws.
