Question W124 manual to electric windows conversion

Hello! I'm happy to be part of the team!
I have Mercedes W124 E220 1993 with manual windows on the 4 doors. I already found a car like mine with 4 electrical windows and I was wondering is there anything else except the motors and the switches should I looking for? Some kind of electrical module or relay or else?
Thanks, Manuel.

Hey Manuel - welcome to the forums! I've attached a diy tech article from our site that I think should be helpful to you - it's for the front window regulator (we also have one for the rear window too) - check out the steps and then post a Comment just below the article and someone will get back to you with details - I'm sure that it can be done and you're not the first to inquire. Best of luck and let us know if there's anything that we can help you with.

z33max, converting to electric windows will become quite involved. You will need all associated wiring, console trim, switches, relays, etc. and will require extensive dismantling of the car's interior to route the wiring. Carefully check the routing of the wiring in the donor car. You may conclude the conversion is more trouble than it's worth. Keep us informed about your progress.
