W126 Seats.
 
Came across a nice passenger side seat at the JY today. Besides the arm rest is the passenger side interchangeable with the drivers side? If so, doe I need to fabricate a bracket for the armrest?

It's you don't need to fabricate the bracket all you need to do is remove the back part and you are going to find the holes where the bracket goes use the bracket from your old seat and make the holes in the leather I have done it
