Rear Drive Boot

I have a torn rear drive boot next to my right rear wheel. I have the drive chaft slipped out of wheel assembly. How do I change the rubber boot? (1985 300TD)

Most people don't have the equipment to change the axle boots. It seems to take some special tool assemblies.

Try a search on the site here for "axle boot" and "axle shaft" and you should come up with more info.

Most of us end up replacing the axle shaft assemby.
