Talking Heatshield loose, car sounds like a Pinto

Somehow the heatshield about my catalyst came loose and now it just rests on top of the converter other exhaust/transmission stuff. So you can probably guess that it rattles a lot, and it makes my car sound like a piece of junk...

Anyway, I looked under there and I see a hole on each side of the heatshield. Is this what holds it on or am I missing a bracket? If it screws in, what size screws?

This should be a pretty straightforward repair I'm guessing, and like always any help is appreciated.
oh, by the way, it's on the 300e.

Thank you

Peter

Look and see

1. Look on the other end, on my 87 190E it has 1 screw in the middle on the other end, it had the same problem, after inspection I found that the rust had eaten away the hole was now bigger then bolt but funny the bolt was still there in place.

2. Being that it was a non-moving/out of sight part and everything else was still in good shape I just did the “coat hanger” thing by running it through the hole and tie it up now no noise.
