2003 c240 fog light wiring

hey can someone tell me what that other wire is connected to the fog light that's going to the left at 1:10 on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BHL_EGONJQA . I was told that its the side marker but the side marker is on the right and the wire seen on the video is to the left of the fog light. please someone help me out here thanks.
