I found a Behr replacement online for about half price, previously returned item. Supposed to be perfect but I discovered why it was returned, bad galvanizing. It had bare spots so I painted it with Rustoleum and used it, and complained and they gave me another $15 off an already great price..The original radiator was crumbling in places..Also a 94 320 and well worth the repairs which included water pump, fuel pumps and countless relays and sensors..And for a 50K dollar car, originally..It still has the stamp of quality and for what Ive paid for it I feel like a lottery winner. I dont begrudge the little costs including a cylinder head gasket replacement and the nearly two gallon oil changes and so on..I only mind paying when I get less than value. What I find with these cars is that when you correctly diagnose and repair, its fixed. And it lasts. If you are wrong then its not fixed..and you need to keep studying until you learn the real issue.
