Dynamo with Higher Capacity (FFO) - Meaning?
Mercedes identifies SA code 910 as "Dynamo with higher capacity (FFO)".
Any idea as to what "FFO" stands for? |
sounds like a electric motor fixed freqiciny osillator?

Dynamo is how the rest of the world refers to the alternator. It's an old hangover from the days when a car was fitted with a DC generator. No idea as to the meaning of FFO though.

I'm going to say it means "translator without a clue". The original German was :910, LICHTMASCHINE MIT GROESSERER KAPAZITAET which clearly translates to "alternator with more capacity (higher output)".
