Question Clock Knob Missing W123 280CE Euro

When I bought my car, the knob to change the time on the clock was missing. When I look at pictures on Ebay of W123 clocks, it always has the knob still attached.

Anyone know if its just a case of finding one and sticking it back on, or does the whole clock need to be replaced?. The clock still keeps good time, but the only way I can think of changing it is to remove the fuse until its the right time again.

Anyone have just the knob kicking around in there tool box?.
