The best way to tackle this first is the dealers and use the vin number its a hit and a miss without all the information at hand . And for that year all have cats fitted

Flat spacers under the bracket itself would cause both the idle pulley and the fan pulley to be pushed towards the radiator. The alignment on the idle pulley is perfect, it's only the fan pulley that needs compensation.
