You could just disable the switch and see if your AC works.

After I get to it. Working under dashboards is not something I can do easily.
Disabling a switch is something I can do, and cheaply, and I'd consider leaving it there. |

After spending too long I got the accelerator pedal out and found it really only takes one bolt and a yank to get it out. But cycling the connector and even swapping it with a different one, thanks to a mechanic, didn't change anything.
I went to someone with a Mercedes machine and he found that when he sent a command to the front fuse box the compressor didn't come on. So now I'm going to look into that. |
