Air Conditioner 1996 C-280
 

Dear Sirs:

I have a WONDERFUL 1996 C-280. The air conditioning system leaked down over the winter and I took it to my friendly shop, NOT a BM shop, but very good with AC systems. They recharged the system but can NOT get the compressor to start, as it stays in the economy mode.

The pressure switch is a three (3) prong type and we don't know how to bypass it. Any ideas?

Where can we connect to the compressor clutch circuit to bypass the climate control system and test the clutch?

Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
