Can you use a Heat/AC Blower Fan from 129 in a 107 Series?

I need to replace the Blower motor (AC/Heat) on my 74 450SL. I wanted to know if I could replace it with the motor from a 129 series car? I'm hoping it will blow a little harder than the weak 107 series fan.
