A/C compressor solenoid valve replacement

Hi everyone. Is it posible to replace the A/C compressor solenoid flow valve while the compressor is still in place? Car is s 2001-S430, Chasis 220170.

If not, is there a detail explanation of A/C compressor removal for this model somewhere?

Thanks!

Darrel

the variable valve on that compressor should be accessible if you scoot the compressor forward after unbolting it

It's possible on the W203 but usually the valve doesn't just fail on its own. Check the oil in your system for black death.
