w210 2000 e320 Spark plug type oringal Resistor or non resistor?

After checking the spark plugs they are due for a replacement. The original spark plugs are i believe: 004 159 19 03
Beru non-resistors: 14FGH-8DPURX2

Bosch resistor: FR-8-DPP-33+ (7422)

Were the original plugs resistor or non resistor, the car had Bosch when I check them, but I read the big debate thread about r vs non and it seems like the non is the way to go. Does anyone know what these cars ORIGINALLY came with r or non?

Thank you!
