Replace the pump.

240D coolant leak; water pump or housing?
 
I have coolant dripping from the weep hole on my '79 240D water pump. If it were an American car it would be simple: put on a new PUMP (all one unit). Should I replace the "water pump" (looks like impeller & shaft in the picture) and/or the "housing"? Any advice is most appreciated.
