W126 Lumbar Bladder Leak
1990 300 SEL . Drivers seat lumbar does not inflat. It appears to be trying, but I hear a continual air leak by the seat when the key is in the on position.
The pump is running continually trying to keep up. Not interested in repairing right now, but I would like to disable the air running to the bladders. Vacuum locks are fully functional and work great. What’s the easiest, least destructive, eventually reversible, way to stop the air to the bladder, and keep the locks functional? Thanks for your help. Only the drivers seat is orthopedic equipped. |

Not familiar with the 126, but I would try using a one-way check valve to plug the line.
