I'm getting more and more dissatisfied with W124 stock headlights. The foglight option is good but I want a better option.

Anyone make the LED bulb replacements work to your satisfaction?

Euro-spec replacements used to be available although pricey. Are they still available?

Any other improvements I should consider?
