Any driveability concerns?

yes=missing, no power, rough idle, almost stalls at times... other times it runs o.k. so the complaints are consistent w/ missfire

Swap that #2 coil to another cylinder and see if it follows the coil. How do the plugs look, any arc scoring on the upper part of the insulator? Have you identified where the miss is?

If you are talking to the DM then you have an HFM car. The CS2000 seems to give lots of useless codes on 104 HFM cars. I have experienced it twice and double checked with other tools and found them bogus.

Just a word of warning.

Did you replace the connectors beneath the coils. We are replacing them every plug change because we see so much problems.

The CS2000 should give you an actual value screen that gives firing voltages and burn times. It is pretty good at telling plug end problems that were easy to see on old dist ignitions that were easy to scope.

Gilly! We will start to take the car apart again Monday.
The owner just brought it back to us Friday, so all that I could do was to pull codes and post. Thanks!:)

Problem solved. ignition wires (those beneath the coils were renewed at the time of coil replacement, and one end was replaced at that time too.)
Lesson learned: do like the pros: replace everything and ask questions later! Thanks for the few responders. Case closed!
