96 W210 E320 Spring Perch repair

Hi Everyone,
Both front spring perches on my E320 need fixing or replacement. I have contacted body shops in my area (NE Florida) and collision centers but no one wants to tackle this job. Is this something only an MB dealer can do?

It depends if there’s enough good metal in the inner fender, any body shop can do it. If there isn’t enough clean metal, that’s another story.
