Hot start issue

This is on a '91 W124 with the M103.

About 1-2 minutes after a hot start, it sometimes idles roughly. Sometimes it idles fine. But when it's idling rough, it can be so bad it will hardly move away from a stop light. Then it will clear up and act fine the rest of the drive. It's been fully tuned up, with new injectors, plugs, coil, wires, fuel filter, accumulator, O2 sensor, OVP and probably a few other things I can't remember right now. I've checked for vacuum leaks and replaced any lines that seemed sketchy. The only thing that seemed to have an impact was replacing the AFM potentiometer, which was completely dead. When I changed that and adjusted the duty cycle, the problem went away for about 2 weeks, then came back. I used a new but cheap-ass aftermarket AFM, so I'm thinking of springing for the Bosch unit. Any other ideas?
