Possible to install bigger brakes C250 W204?

My 2010 Canadian spec C250 V6 4matic 's original rotors and brakes maybe up for replacement soon.Wondering if anybody has done an upgrade ie size of rotors in this or related model.
I noticed my leased and returned 2014 C300 4matic has bigger front rotors.
If I do go for bigger brake rotors would I need to install new calipers as well?

My underatanding is the front are:
C350 front=12.7" Perf front rotor, single piston floating
C350 rear =11.8" vented rotor, single piston floating

C300&250 front=11.6 Perf front rotor, single piston floating
C300&250 rear=11.8 vented rear rotor, single piston floating

Thanks for any advice

What sort of problem are you wanting to solve?

Generally the calipers / pads are different though it might be just a bracket change. Look up part numbers / compare actual parts.

If you change the front rotors to a larger diameter, brake bias will change making the fronts lock up / invoke ABS sooner. If you are currently able to get the ABS to operate in a maximum effort stop, larger diameter or thicker will only give you more reserve for back top back hard deceleration / stops not make the car stop any better. ( RE race track use )
