'08 S550 M273 engine front left oil leak

I noticed an oil leak when last changing the oil. However, I cannot really determine where it is coming from. Any thoughts on oil leaks for the M273 (5.5 ltr) towards the front left side of the engine? Thank you.

The oil cooler/oil filter housing is a common leaker. The part is updated so best to replace the whole shebang rather than try to reseal it.

Items 15,50.
I think you should clean the spot and try to locate the faulty component, how many miles are on it?
