Turbocharger Oiler Outlet Tube

I'm looking for the "Turbocharger Oiler Outlet Tube" for my '85 300D and I can't find it anywhere.

Not the drain tube from the turbo to the oil pan, I'm looking for the tube that goes from the air filter housing/oil separator to the turbo (or the upper oil pan, not real sure because I don't have one).

Can anyone help? Maybe I'm using the wrong terminology.

Basically item 'A' in this photo, except for a 1985 300D.

I believe that's the drain tube from the air cleaner's oil separator. The turbo drain is underneath the turbo.

In the future, post Diesel related questions in the "Diesel Discussion" section of this forum, it is 5x more active and you'll get a lot more response a lot quicker!

Thanks Diseasel300. You're right, it's the tube from the air filter I'm looking for, I may have found one on eBay but the description is lacking and because my car didn't have one, the pic means nothing to me.

I don’t think a California ‘85 has such a thing. There’s no oil separator in the air cleaner.

Mine is not a California model.

I think I may have found a tube on eBay and Mercedes Source, ordered both because neither give enough detail for me to be certain if they're right.

Crawled under the car and found where the tube is supposed to connect to the oil pan, it's been plugged and looks to have been glued shut. Not sure how I'm going to get that off with such limited room.

I had this setup for a while (attached pic) but I didn't like the extra noise from the turbo or having to drain the oil catcher.

Nice set up with the after market air filter. I have often wondered how an air filter system that draws air from the hot underhood position is beneficial when compared to the stock system which draws cool air from the front of the car.

It at least "felt" like there was a boost, but not enough for me to keep the setup. I'm trying to take everything back to stock at the moment - just waiting on the drain tube and some other parts to come in.
