Mechanical camshaft conversion M103
 
Anybody know which mechanical cam followers are compatible? Are the early M102 mechanical followers interchangeable?
I have a line on a heavier grind than the current 22/62 I have but it is a mechanical profile and requires a conversion from the stock hydraulic.
