190e 2.0 M104 3.2 HFM Swap Help

Hello Everyone,

So I took the leap and sold my E30 project to make way for my 190e Dream. I have researched this but am continuing to do so as I want every fine detail planned for.

Other than a few hiccups here and there with CIS, I'd prefer to go down the HFM route. I will buy a complete 3.2L engine, harness, ecu and transmission also the air mass etc.

My question is more what's needed to get the HFM working? Some custom fuel lines from the standard individual one on the 190? But is there much more. I have tried to search but couldn't find much info on this. I am pretty against the CIS system so will do what it takes to make it work.

Thanks a ton, Sam

The CIS is probably one of the best fuel injections systems ever made, YES parts are ridiculously expensive. but if you maintain it and actually DRIVE your cis car it is a great system.

If I were you I would utilize a standalone ecu with VAG ignition coils.
