W124 vin decoder sales location?

Hi. Im looking up the vin for my w124 and was wondering where it was originaly sold, Since its been imported to my country (Sweden). And the vin decoder is saying Order Location AUTHORITIES SALES.

Does anyone know what this means? was it a government used vehicle or something?. Thankyou my vin is WDB1240231A814296 and this is the site Im using to check : https://www.datamb.com/vin/4bGQrAavYWbdOkm5B

It was originally sold in Germany. :)

Hi Benz-76

the Code 283 in the Order Number means that the car was ordered by an Employer of Mercedes-Benz. 07 in Order Number means the car was ordered in 1987
