M104 egr repair
Is there any way to repair an egr? Tested it and it holds zero vacuum. Living in California I need this to work but don’t have the 200$-$600 to buy a new one. Would it be possible to swap out the diaphragm canister from another car? I see on other cars a new egr is about $30

It should be possible to fashion some type of repair, but likely easier to source a good used one. Try putting a WTB on the parts wanted section of this forum. I'm guessing any 104 from 93-97 would work.
Good luck!!! |
