I have a 1985 300D Tubro Diesel with 247,000 miles on it. The car sat for a couple of years and each day I'm noticing a few minor things that keep happening.
Today I noticed that one of my fuel return lines was a bit moist. It was actually the end piece with the plug in it. I swapped it out with some new line hoping that would fix the problem. Unfortunately I could see a tiny bit of fuel seeping down from the top of the injector. I tried tightening it at the top but it was on there good.
So my question is: Do I need a new injector? Do I also need a new metal fuel line (not quite sure of the technical term) that connects/screws into the top of the inector?
Thanks!
Brian
