You need to pinch closed the small hose (that's part of the main hose molding from the tank) that routes to the backside of the accumulator before you remove it from the accumulator. I used a 1" C-clamp and did no harm.
Pelican should have the correct part number accumulator for your car. All are functionally the same, but have different physical design details to suit the application depending on make/model. Duke |
