'87 300E 1st gear start

Can anyone share their experiences with the 1st gear start modules. What have been the cost and are they worth it?

if your car doesn't start in first and you would like it to start in first, I would imagine that it would be worth it. I have no idea how much they get for a kit but it is electrically very simple so it shouldn't be costly.

I have described the circuit to do it with two relays and a pressure switch (on this site). The system someone has put together using a small amount of electronics instead of the pressure switch should make it worth it from the ease of installation aspect.
