Serpentine Belt tensioner on 96 C280

Treaded new serpentine belt but cannot put on last pully. I need to make an adjustment to allow putting new belt on. Is this adjustment made via the belt tensioner? How do you adjust it on the 96 c280? There are three bolts in the center of the tensioner pully.

Thanks

Loosen the tensioner pulley with a wrench and it will move so that you will be able to get the new belt around it.
