Intermitent Windshield Wipers?
 

The intermitent (1st click) WW's recently are running at full time (as in 2nd click) with no 'pausing'. In 5 or 6 minutes running, the duration gradually begins & increases to approxametely normal, every time. Whats going on here? (Normal & high are ok, 2nd & 3rd settings)

Wheres the wiper relay located in the car?

I gutted a 300D once, I have a similar looking relay(?). What is the part # of that?
