WHEN I PUT MY 220 AWAY LAST FALL IT RAN ANDDROVE WELL. THIS SPRING I SEEM TO HAVE NO CLUTCH. DO I NEED TO BLEED THIS? THE CLUTCH IS RELATIVELY NEW.

Sounds like the brake fluid has leaked past the seals in the brake system. Try bleedig the system first, might be a bad slave cylinder.
