What are these inside the trunk W124 convertible?
 
On the left side below the CD changer. I'm just poking around looking for a place to mount the speaker for the remote chirp. First thing looks like a vibration damper. Second maybe an amplifier? And would there be a constant 12V source near there from maybe the CD changer connector or that amp thing? Or maybe the antenna?

Antitheft module? Just a guess. What is the part number on it?
