I tried to adjust my idle because my car idles rough and a bit low and it stalled when I turned the allen wrench in the adjustment tower. I can't get it to start again. How do I set the adjustment from scratch. I have been messing with it and now I have no idea where it was. Please help.

You are adjusting the lambda ayatem not the idle......you vehicle idle is control by idle
control valve & CIS-E unit these is no adjustment you can do...don't play with the lambda system because you do need a special tool to read the lambda system when you do the adjustment...take your vehicle to the pro I will recommend you check your engine from the basic (engine compression test) |

The rough idle can be a result of many things like faulty engine mounts or a secondary ignition problem. Do not adjust the lambda tower adjustment without the lambda meter...you are asking for a flooded engine if you turn it clockwise and a lean engine if you turn it counterclockwise. I have seen in extreem cases where rods were bent from liquid lock!
