Are there special hose clamps that must be used on the fuel filter on 96 C280?

Is there a special tool that must be used or is there another way to install the clamps on the filter?

Is the tool readily available and what is the appoximate cost of the tool?

I replace the crimp-on style clamps with the appropriate size (small) worm-gear clamps.
