Heard a rumor about the temp. gauge on C280
i heard from a friend of mine that the outside temperature gauge on a C280 can be manipulated to do all kinds of things from show your speed to give you the interior temp.... is this true and if so what all and how can i get it to do these crazy things... i am a little excited about having a digital speedometer...

Your friend is talking about the ACC panel on 1995+ cars. It will show the status of most of the AC sensors and some interesting stuff like road speed, rpm and battery voltage.
What year is your car? On the 1996-2000 C280 with LCD digital "DIN size" ACC panel, just press the "rest" button for five seconds while the key is in position 2.

ok i figured that part out but what are the little numbers mean... i got it to go from 01-22 or something like that... i dont know what these mean though... anyone know?

CLK 430 Problem
The list is different for different cars, but this will get you rolling... My C230: 01: Inside car temp 02: Bumper Temp probe 03: Heater core temp 05: Evaporator temp 06: Coolant Temp 07: AC pressure in bar. and so on...
