Sunroof does not fully pop up,and sits a little low in the rear when closed, otherwise seems to function properly. What adjustments, if any can be made?

There is an adjustment in the rear that times the closing of the roof. There is also an adjustment for the force of the clutch that the cable rides against. The timming is the one you probably need. There is a knob located in the left side of the trunk connected to the motor, on the outside is will usually have words and an arrow as to which way to turn it for the desired affect. Pull it out and give it a SMALL turn and see what happens.
