Fuel distributor m110
Hi there,
The injectors whine as soon as I depress the air metering plate. I've tried turning the adjustment down anticlockwise. Same thing. It's a used FD. 084. Does that sound like the diagram has gone? Thank you! |

Doesn’t it sound like the metering plate is doing what it’s supposed to do? You press plate as if it was sensing air pressure on it as air enters the engine. Wouldn’t you want fuel to come it with that air?
Maybe you want to elaborate why you think it’s bad.

What's the issue? The metering plate makes the FD feed fuel to the injectors. They make a whine noise when they fire.
