Hot start/clutch noise
 

Hi there, I have a new wur and fuel distributor on an m110 euro. It barely turns over when hot. But fine when cold.

Also, the clutch (new clutch plate and bearings 20000 miles ago) sounds like it's rubbing when out of gear and released. And getting worse.

Very grateful for any suggestions. Car is a 280ce 1977.

By it wont turn over, do you mean it cranks slowly OR it cranks at normal speed when it's hot but won't start and run?

Is the transmission full of oil and does slightly increasing RPM change the noise? If yes how does it change?
