126 coupe seat belt
 

The other day, the front passenger seat belt decided not to retract after the normal 30 sec (or so). I waited and still nothing. I click/plugged the seat belt in and it still stayed out, so I gave it a (little!!) push back in. But next time I started the car back up out it came again.

The next day I returned to the car to find a flat battery and the extender arm motor constantly running! I had to remove the fuse to stop it!

Does any one know what the problem might be, or where I should start looking??
